Appointments are scheduled to allow enough time to complete your service it is important to be punctual. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment and it is possible to provide a portion of your service, you will be serviced at full price. If you are more than 15min late you will be considered a last minute cancellation and charged a fee. 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment, as courtesy a text reminder will be sent. A deposit is required to book your appointment via electronic payment at time of booking. No deposit = No appointment. Remaining balance to be paid in CASH. If you no show, Lilies Esthetics reserves the right to keep the deposit and not allow you to rebook.
